IFIC sent to Customer

1. Send the list of disinfectant tablets to carry out the shipment
2. Submit permits and stamps of sterilization.

CLIENT sends the following information to IFIC

1. Information of shipments that need fumigation treatment:

– Container sterilization: Number of containers, Location of containers

– Fumigation of pallets, wooden packages: location, quantity

– Sterilization of Warehouse: Location of warehouse survey warehouse

2. Field officer phone number
3. Required drug concentration (if any) or incoming water
4. Bill of Lading (B/L) as a document

IFIC receives and implements

1. Receive information on disinfection requirements and perform sterilization at the factory
2. Receive Bill of lading and issue sterilization certificate, send draft fumi to Customer to confirm content.
3. Issuing Disinfection Certificate and sending the official version by email to Customer
4. The original will be sent to the customer or received at IFIC
5. Notice of fee collection for each lot or send a list of service charges within the first 5 days of the month (in case customers pay monthly).
