Beer testing

Beer testing is a mandatory process for businesses/beer business establishments, which is an important step in announcing the quality of beer products and exporting them to foreign markets.

In order to fix errors, perfect the product; meet quality and food safety standards, based on the criteria and parameters of testing results.

Check all the criteria according to the provisions of the law on beer (TCVN 7042: 2013 on draft beer) or canned beer (TCVN 6057: 2013) according to Vietnamese standards.

Beer testing will be carried out for sensory criteria, physico-chemical criteria, microbiological criteria, heavy metal content and some other criteria. Accordingly:

Depending on the purpose of testing and the requirements of current regulations, enterprises should add or remove targets to ensure compliance with regulations set forth by the Ministry of Health.

Conformity announcement

According to Decree 15/2018/ND-CP stipulating all organizations and individuals that are producing and trading food in Vietnam; must conduct self-declaration of products (or declaration of conformity) for their products; with competent state agencies before being displayed for sale or circulated on the market. Certificate of C/O – Certificate of Origin

For export goods owners, the application for C/O is only in accordance with the provisions of the contract with foreign buyers. As for foreign buyers, the most important factor is a valid C/O that will help businesses enjoy import tax incentives.

For enterprises applying for C/O for the first time, they must have a Trader Profile Registration and a C/O application.

Registration Trader profile includes:

– Register the signature sample of the person authorized to sign the C/O application form and the trader’s seal;

– Certificate of business registration (copy with a true copy of the original);

The list of goods-producing establishments applying for certificates of origin (if any) is made according to Form No. 02 specified in the Appendix to this Decree.
