PRODUCT MEASUREMENT (TESTING THE STILL OF Broadcast Receipts)
The first thing you have to do is prepare a valid test file and some sample products that you plan to import.
Then bring it to the Testing Center for testing.
The following types of test units are available:
– Designated test unit;
– recognized test unit;
– Accredited test unit.
This step is to check if your phone conforms to Vietnamese standards? Based on this test result, the testing center will decide to issue or not issue a certificate of conformity to the product if the result is unsatisfactory. Here are the steps:
Profile include:
– Request form due to examination
– Product model (each type of phone 3 models)
– Technical documents, specifications, manuals (copy)
After preparing all the test documents & product samples, you bring them to the testing center to test the reception frequency.
Mobile phone testing criteria:
1. IMAGE QUALITY LAB
The quantitative assessment stage measures a range of criteria including image brightness, color clarity, and noise. Use light sources of different intensities, and a variety of conditions are simulated. Photographs are taken and these images are evaluated through a rigorous and professional evaluation program of the camera’s specifications.
2. SOUND TEST (ACOUSTIC LAB)
Ringtones, music, and voice calls are just part of the wide array of sounds that smartphones will have to make. To ensure quality across all types of sounds, the devices are tested in two different NVH test chambers.
3. TEMPERATURE TEST (HEAT LAB)
When testing smartphone temperatures, the test team reproduces and simulates usage conditions, such as playing high-tech games and using resource-intensive applications, Simultaneously measure the temperature of the device with a thermal camera. The test test monitors both the location and the level of heat generated. The results of the test will be sent back to the development team for them to adjust the design accordingly.
4. DROP TEST LAB
Each test specimen, dropped from different heights, at different angles and on different types of surfaces, will normally be tested repeatedly to test the resistance of the device to drop stress and collide.
5. DURABILITY LAB TESTED
Durability was also conducted through repeated tests, such as pressing buttons, using the headphone jack and opening the SIM card tray. The test team was able to measure how much the smartphone can withstand the load and pressure of a person sitting on the phone when placed in a pocket.
6. IPX WATERPROOF TEST (WATERPROOF IPX LAB)
The tests include simulations of rain, water jets, and submersion, each of which is sorted by its respective IP rating. For example, an IPx8 rated smartphone can be used even if it is submerged in 1.5 meters of water for 30 minutes. Some devices are designed to be suitable for swimming and require other tests to ensure that they meet the 5ATM barometric pressure standard.
7. ENVIRONMENTAL TEST LAB
The laboratory uses different environmental test cabinets to test, with varying degrees of humidity and temperature, climate simulations all over the Earth.
Response time is 7 working days for keyboard bar phones about 30 working days for touch screen phones.
CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY
Profile include:
– Application for certificate of conformity
