According to Decree 80/2013/ND-CP & Decree 119/2017/ND-CP, if the regulation conformity certification is not carried out, the fine will be from 50 to 300 million and the product will not be circulated on the market.

2. Why is it necessary to conform to ceramic tiles??

3. Forms of conformity with tiles:
There are two methods of certification of conformity:
– Method 7: Batch certification, i.e. a defined batch that is certified to be conformable and valid for that lot. If a new batch is produced, recertification is required.
– Method 5: Full process certification (manufacturing process assessment and type sampling), valid for 3 years, all manufactured products are certified, provided that the establishment applies ISO 9001.
